What if my paper is late?
Our goal is to have the paper on your doorstep or in your delivery tube by 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and by 7 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. If your paper is not on your doorstep or in your delivery tube by then, immediately call a circulation customer service representative at 754.3311 or 1.800.236.0852. We will deliver a newspaper to your home within 30 minutes or that day's paper is free. (Guarantee does not apply to motor routes or during inclement weather.)

If you have an ongoing delivery service problem, call a customer service representative at 754.3311 or 1.800.236.0852, and we will resolve the problem to your satisfaction within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied, we will add one additional week of home delivery free to your current subscription.

Rudy Frank, internal sales and operations manager, supervises the customer service representatives. You may reach him by phone at 754.3311 Ext. 213 or by email at circ@gazetteextra.com.
