Coachman's Golf Resort
The dining room at Coachman's Golf Resort prides itself on serving gourmet specialties in an English country inn setting. Even with a nationally acclaimed wine list, you won't find a single vintage that overshadows our chef Bryan Keiser's culinary creations. Prices are quite reasonable and the food is prepared with the finest quality, and the freshest ingredients. In the beginning, you may have come for the golf, but you'll stay for the food!

Breaded Duckling
Tender fillets of duck tenderloin encrusted with toasted almonds and bread crumbs then deep fried to perfection and served with a warm cranberry compote dipping sauce. $7.00

Stuffed Mushrooms
Fresh mushrooms stuffed full of a shrimp and crab mix and topped with a rich hollandaise sauce, then broiled to a golden brown. $7.00

Beef Brochettes

Fresh Fish and Seafood

Pecan Walleye
Coachman's signature fish. These two fillets are hand crusted with fresh toasted pecans and homemade seasoned bread crumbs then pan fried to perfection then placed on a bed of creamy remoulade sauce, served with grilled asparagus and Parmesan mashed potatoes.

Grilled Tuna
Sushi grade tuna grilled to your liking and topped with a rich tomato, caper and brown butter sauce. $19

Coconut Shrimp
This is not your average shrimp, we hand batter each extra large shrimp in a unique Malibu rum and coconut milk batter then they are rolled in fresh toasted Hawaiian coconut and pan fried to golden perfection. Served with a pineapple salsa, seasonal vegetable and choice of starch. $22

Brown Sugared Salmon
A house specialty. A Salmon fillet basted with a sweet and tangy brown sugar citrus glaze. Served with spinach risotto and seasonal vegetables. $20

Filet Mignon
Only the finest tenderloin of beef, char grilled to your preference and served with your choice of starch and seasonal vegetable. $24

Coach Steak
This is Coachman's signature steak. An eight ounce bistro fillet grilled to perfection rested on a bed of roasted red and green peppers and caramelized onion. Topped with fresh tomato bruschetta and sautéed wild mushrooms, complimented with a dollop of rich gorgonzola compound butter then broiled to incorporate all of these wonderful flavors into the most magnificent and robust steak. Served with lobster mashed potatoes. $21

Pork Porterhouse
Another favorite for the hearty appetite! A large cut of premium pork rubbed with a sweet dry barbeque. Served with seasonal vegetable and choice of starch. $18

Veal Chop
This is a very succulent and juicy white meat chop, pan seared to keep in the juices and served with seasonal roasted vegetables and choice of starch. $22.50

Carriage Steak
A thick cut of striploln char grilled and topped with onion rings and served with a rich shallot and merlot sauce. $22

Red Wine and Artichoke Chicken

Stuffed Chicken
