Gordy’s was founded by Gordon Whowell in 1955. Tom and Geri Whowell and their four children, Rallee, Tommy, Tigrr and Steele currently own the business. Rallee manages the complete operation with the demanding standards of Captain Bligh. The Boat House is a tight ship with exceptional food & great service under Rallee’s leadership. Whether it’s a quick soup and salad on a weekday lunch break, a tempting Pan Roasted Salmon or Filet Mignon on Saturday night or maybe even our famous fish fry on Fridays you can find it here. Gordy’s offers a vast array of entrees from signature jumbo shrimp to Bananas Foster, and a long list of appetizers, sandwiches and desserts. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, enjoy the make-your-own Bloody Mary bar, which opens at 11a.m.
