WHITEWATER-Two armed robbers entered a South Prairie Street home Sunday and stole wallets and electronic equipment at gunpoint from the residents.

The robbers entered the rental property about 10 p.m. through an unlocked front door, Whitewater police reported.

The robbers were seen fleeing the scene in a green or dark-colored, mid to late-1990's four-door Dodge Intrepid, which was missing a front passenger-side hub cap.

The suspects are described as:

-- A white or Hispanic male in his early 20s, standing about 5-foot-9-inches and weighing between 175 and 180 pounds. He has a stocky build, short/buzzed dark brown or black hair and was wearing dark clothing.

-- A black male in his early 20s, standing about 6-foot-2-inches and weighing between 175 and 180 pounds. He has a muscular/athletic build, hair possibly braided in cornrows and was wearing a large black, puffy jacket with dark jeans.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the Whitewater Police Department at (262) 473-0555.
